Appearance Guidelines

The Houston Dynamo are committed to making the team and its players visible members of both the soccer and greater Houston communities. Through quality public appearances, personal interaction with fans, and support of charitable programs, players are able to interact with the community and generate public awareness of the team, assisting in the growth of our fan base and sport.

The Houston Dynamo fulfills numerous requests each season and are able to assist individual organizations only once a calendar year.

We do our best to respond to all requests, but it is challenging to coordinate appearances due to our intensive training, travel and match schedule.

Player Appearance Guidelines

  • All appearances are 60 minutes in duration maximum.
  • Post-game appearances are 30 minutes in duration maximum
  • All appearance requests must be submitted six (6) weeks prior to event date.
  • Appearance requests must be filled out online with the Appearance Request Form
  • NO appearance may be scheduled before 1:30pm on training days (M-F), in the evening starting after 6:00 p.m., the day before a game, the day of a game, on off days, or on travel days.
  • Weekend requests will only be honored on non-traveling days. If a player is requested during a travel weekend, Dynamo coaches approval must be obtained and if available, a non-traveling player will be requested.
  • Please refer to the Dynamo schedule as no player appearances are permitted on game days.
  • Appearance locations must be limited to a maximum of one (1) hour drive time or forty (40) mile radius (both including traffic time) from BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, TX.
  • Dynamo staff are responsible for providing player cards for the assigned player to autograph. Event detail planning and promotion is the responsibility of the partner.
  • Specific players may be requested, but no guarantee will be given. All appearance dates, locations, times and players are subject to Dynamo approval based on schedules, travel, and injury status.
  • Any changes to the original request less than seven (7) days before the event may alter our ability to provide a player for the event and/or change the original player confirmed.
  • Parking spot(s) must be reserved for Dynamo player(s) at your event.

Dynamo Girl Appearance Guidelines

  • All appearances are one (1) hour in duration from arrival to departure time.
  • All appearance request forms must be submitted six (6) weeks prior to event date.
  • Appearance requests must be filled out online with the Appearance Request Form
  • Appearances that fall on a Gameday are accepted but only a limited number of them will be fulfilled.
  • There may not be two events scheduled on any particular day.
  • Please refer to the Dynamo schedule prior to requesting event dates.
  • Appearance locations must be limited to a maximum of 45 minute hour drive time or forty (30) mile radius (both including traffic time) from BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, TX.
  • Specific requests may be submitted but there are no guarantees that they will be fulfilled.
  • Any changes to the original request less than two (2) days before the event may change the confirmation of certain elements for the event.
  • Parking spot(s) must be reserved for Dynamo Girls at your event.

Dynamo Diesel Appearance Guidelines

  • All appearances are one (1) hour in duration from arrival to departure time. Diesel in character for a minimum of thirty (30) minutes
  • All appearance request forms must be submitted six (6) weeks prior to event date.
  • Appearance requests must be filled out online with the Appearance Request Form
  • NO appearance may be scheduled on a game day.
  • There may not be two events scheduled on any particular day.
  • Please refer to the Dynamo schedule prior to requesting event dates.
  • Appearance locations must be limited to a maximum of one (1) hour drive time or forty (40) mile radius (both including traffic time) from BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, TX.
  • Specific requests may be submitted but there are no guarantees that they will be fulfilled due to other events and to limit the use of certain equipment.
  • Any changes to the original request less than two (2) days before the event may change the confirmation of certain elements for the event.
  • Parking spot(s) must be reserved for Dynamo van at your event.

Dynamo Street Team Appearance Guidelines

  • All appearances are two (2) hours in duration
  • All appearance request forms must be submitted six (6) weeks prior to event date
  • Appearance requests must be filled out online with the Appearance Request Form
  • Appearances that fall on a Gameday are accepted but only a limited number of them will be fulfilled.
  • There may not be more than two events scheduled on any particular day that have overlapping hours.
  • Please refer to the Dynamo schedule (we can post schedule link here)prior to requesting event dates.
  • Appearance locations must be limited to a maximum of one (1) hour drive time or forty (40) mile radius (both including traffic time) from BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, TX.
  • Specific requests may be submitted but there are no guarantees that they will be fulfilled due to other events and to limit the use of certain equipment.
  • Any changes to the original request less than two (2) days before the event may change the confirmation of certain elements for the event.
  • Parking spot(s) must be reserved for Dynamo van at your event.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will be contacted via email by a member of the Dynamo front office regarding the status of your request. Due to the volume of requests, please allow two weeks for a response.

Appearance fees will be included excluding charity related requests. We will contact you if your event requires an appearance fee.
