Major League Soccer
It's been a few weeks, but a Dynamo player is once again getting some recognition in MLSsoccer.com's Team of the Week. This week, the honor goes to defender David Horst for his role in keeping a shutout for the Dynamo in Saturday's 0-0 draw in Philadelphia. Here's what the editors had to say about Mr. Wreck-It:
"Absolutely dominant in his own box, clearing balls and preventing the Union from winning any aerial chances. Also put in a few good blocks and challenges to deny Union chances."
Horst and the rest of the Dynamo backline notched their third clean sheet of the season, and the first since Week 2 against the Montreal Impact.
Steph chats about the three-headed monster at centerback, AJ Cochran's debut and an update on Brad Davis.
Tally Hall, Dominic Kinnear and Corey Ashe chat about the challenges heading into Saturday's match in Philadelphia.
As a part of being named Major League Soccer's 22nd club earlier today, Atlanta native Ricardo Clark and a host of other soccer stars welcomed the newest city to MLS.
