Dynamo Trials presented by Lloyd's Register

The Houston Dynamo will hold open tryouts for players 18 years of age or older on September 10, 2011. Cuts will be held after the first day. No one is guaranteed a spot at the second day of tryouts. The tryouts are open to the first 500 registrants.  Finalists may be given the chance to train with the Houston Dynamo first team under the supervision of head coach Dominic Kinnear. Proceeds from Dynamo Trials registration benefits Dynamo Charities, the charitable arm of the Houston Dynamo. For additional information, email dynamotrials@houstondynamo.com.

- September 11, 2011 - Skills Testing Session (By invitation only) 

Registration:
- $75 registration fee
- Registration fee includes 2 tickets to the September 17 game vs. the San Jose Earthquakes
- All registrations must be completed and paid for online

- Once your registration is processed, the Houston Dynamo will send your tryout time and location information to the email address provided

Additional Information:

  • Tryouts will be held on a grass surface.
  • Players must bring photo ID, proof of age (driver's license, passport, or birth certificate), and two copies of a signed waiver form to the tryout.
  • Players will be required to provide all athletic equipment (including water). Shin guards are not required for fitness portion of tryout but are required for skills-related activities.
  • The Dynamo will not assist in obtaining a visa to enter the United States for the open tryout. If you are not able to obtain a visa on your own, we cannot allow you to attend the trial.
  • Goalkeepers need not apply.
  • All airfare, hotel, food, and transportation will be paid for by participants NOT by the Dynamo
