The Houston Dynamo and Chivas USA renew acquaintances when the clubs meet in an interconference clash Saturday evening at BBVA Compass Stadium. The Dynamo put the skids on a four-match winless run last weekend, winning 1-0 at Philadelphia Union to regain a place in the top five in the Eastern Conference. Chivas USA were officially eliminated from playoff consideration last weekend, reaching a 1-1 draw with the Portland Timbers at StubHub Center.

Following his game-winning goal and helping pitch a shutout in a 1-0 win over the Philadelphia Union on Saturday, midfielder Ricardo Clark earned MLSsoccer.com Team of the Week honors for Week 29.

Clark's header was his second against Philadelphia this season, both resulting in 1-0 Dynamo wins. It was Clark's third goal of the year, matching a career high.

This is Clark's first Team of the Week selection since the first week of the season, joining Bobby Boswell and Brad Davis as the only Dynamo players with multiple selections so far in 2013.

The Dynamo acquired midfielder Servando Carrasco from Seattle Sounders FC on Friday. The California native made his debut for the Dynamo in Saturday's 1-0 win at Philadelphia and spoke with Glenn Davis on ESPN 97.5 FM's Soccer Matters on Monday night. Below is the interview from Monday's show, in which Carrasco discusses his days of youth soccer in Tijuana, his influences in college soccer at Cal and his excitement to join the Dynamo.
