Goalkeeper: Josh Blair, U-18 Academy

Josh was superb in goal for the U-18’s this past weekend. He distributed well with both his feet and his hands and when called upon, he was quick off his line.

Defender: Hector Ramirez, U-14 Pre-Academy

Hector was brilliant in all aspects of his game over the weekend. The young center back led by example and was a rock for the defense. He was clean with his passing out of the back and was tough in the tackle.

Defender: Louis Thomas, U-18 Academy

Louis, the U-18 captain, led by example as the U-18s faced the Classics Elite this past weekend. He was commanding in his performance and his leadership.

Defender: Adrian Vela, U-13 Pre-Academy

Adrian has been on top of his game in recent weeks after enduring a tough start to his season in the fall. After overcoming a serious injury, Adrian has showed exceptional commitment and willingness to work for the team and that was exemplified this past weekend.

Midfielder: Christian Diaz, U-18 Academy

Christian was excellent again for the U-18s this past weekend. His range of passing was exceptional and he provided great angles of support to the ball.

Midfielder: Jonathan Diaz, U-13 Pre-Academy

This is Jonathan’s second TOTW nomination in as many weeks. The lively central midfielder was excellent again for the U-13s as they stormed to a 7-1 victory over Classics Elite.

Midfielder: Jose Duarte, U-16 Academy

Jose was the U-16’s standout performer over the weekend. The dynamic midfielder was part of everything the Dynamo did going forward and rarely conceded possession of the ball. Jose has been working hard in training and that has carried over to his performances on the weekend.

Midfielder: Sergio Mejia, U-15 Pre-Academy

Sergio was a constant threat for the U-15’s at the weekend. He was consistently getting in behind the opposing defense and sent some fantastic crosses into the box.

Forward: William Barron, U-15 Pre-Academy

Will scored twice over the weekend for the Dynamo U-15s. He was a constant threat up front and worked hard to create opportunities for himself and his teammates.

Forward: Layee Kromah, U-14 Pre-Academy

Layee had two assists in the U-14s win over Classics Elite on Sunday. The speedy striker was a never-ending threat and came close on numerous occasions to finding the back of the net.

Forward: Manuel Chavez, U-18 Academy

Manuel "Koko" Chavez scored three goals in his U-18s 4-1 win over Classics Elite on Saturday. He is the second Dynamo Academy player to record a hat trick this season. The technically sound striker showed his talent with three finely-placed finishes.
