FC Dallas 1, Dynamo 1

In a heated second straight battle against FC Dallas, Houston pulled out a 1-1 road draw despite missing Brian Ching to the World Cup and Dwayne De Rosario to a first-half injury. Carlos Ruiz scored in the first half to give Dallas the lead, but a late own goal from Clarence Goodson, under pressure from Eddie Robinson, gave Houston the tie.
