Dynamo 2, Chicago Fire 2
In a back-and-forth game, Houston’s third road contest in 12 days, the Dynamo responded just after halftime when Chris Wondolowski canceled out an early Justin Mapp goal. Dwayne De Rosario then produced one of the goals of the year, floating a shot from midfield that beat Zach Thornton to give Houston the lead. A late penalty kick from Andy Herron, however, cost the Dynamo their chance at the full three points.
