Dynamo 1, Chivas USA 0

The Dynamo received their 2006 championship rings before their second home game, then went out and got their first league win of the new year. The long-awaited opening goal came from a familiar source, as a Brad Davis free kick found Brian Ching for a header in the 64th minute, and that one goal held up for the win.
