It's not too late to voice your opinion for this week's AT&T Goal of the Week! Unless that opinion involves someone not doing a bicycle kick.

AEG President Tim Leiweke and Dynamo COO Chris Canetti held a press conference yesterday to talk about the latest developments with the Dynamo's proposed stadium. The organization hopes to begin construction on the stadium by the end of 2010. A major obstacle was passed in the past few days with an agreement reached between the Dynamo and the Toyota Center on a non-compete clause. Dynamo Senior Vice President Rocky Harris made an appearance on Fox 26 this morning to discuss the stadium. Tim Leiweke represented the team at a local area Sports Summit yesterday.

In addition to talks regarding the new stadium, Leiweke reiterated the fact that the Dynamo should make a splash in the free agent pool by signing a quality Designated Player.

Houston moved up to 12th in the latest MLSsoccer.com power rankings.

In the latest edition of McCarthy's Musings, Kyle McCarthy believes the loss of Stuart Holden and Ricardo Clark was too much for Dominic Kinnear and the Dynamo to overcome this season.

Sports Illustrated columnist Steve Rushin remembers the day 17 years ago when he fell in love with the game of soccer.

U.S. national team coach Bob Bradley would love the opportunity to coach Aston Villa. If they suffer another 6-0 defeat in league play, he might have his chance. Bradley and U.S. soccer officials will meet this week to discuss his future with the national team.
