A look back at Tyler Deric's journey from Academy to MLS match

Houston native Tyler Deric, from Klein High School in the Houston area, joined the Dynamo Academy as a high school senior in 2007 and has since transitioned to the professional ranks as the first home-grown player in team history. On Saturday, he made his MLS debut and became the first home-grown player to start a match for the Dynamo. He proceeded to record a shutout in a 1-0 win.
