After the Dynamo's 2-0 victory over D.C. United Saturday night, Houston has now gone nine straight matches without recording the same result. Luis Landín assisted on both goals over the weekend and was highlighted in Mexicans Abroad on Goal.com.

For Argentine fans, the victory was a continued celebration of the nation’s 200th anniversary. With his appearance in the match, Pat Onstad set the Canadian goalkeeper cap record.
The U.S. national team will face the Czech Republic in Hartford, Conn., tonight. After the match, on Wednesday, Bob Bradley will whittle his roster down to the final 23 that he will take to South Africa. Grant Wahl believes Dynamo forward Brian Ching will make the final roster. Wahl also wrote a feature for the latest edition of Sports Illustrated about Ivory Coast forward Didier Drogba and his fight to end civil unrest in his homeland.
The previous three U.S. World Cup squads were laden with veteran players; however according to the USA Today, this squad is shaping up to be the youngest since 1994.
