The Houston Dynamo fell 3-0 to the Colorado Rapids on Saturday, unable to overcome an early red card to midfielder Lovel Palmer. Head coach Dominic Kinnear believes Rapids midfielder Pablo Mastroeni should have been red carded as well for his initial kick toward Palmer while the two were tangled on the ground.
