Dynamo defender Geoff Cameron and midfielder Brad Davis have been name to the inactive roster for the MLS All-Star Game, the league announced today. They are part of a group of 13 players named All-Stars that will not compete in Wednesday night's match against Chelsea FC.

A minimum of 32 All-Stars are named each year, per the collective bargaining agreement. The 13 inactive All-Stars are voted on by the players.

Cameron has enjoyed a successful MLS campaign that has seen him transform into one of the league's top center backs. In 15 games with the Dynamo, Cameron has tallied two assists. This is his third All-Star selection, having been named to the team in 2009 and 2011.

Davis is an All-Star for the fourth straight year. This is his fifth selection overall. The left-footed midfielder is on the verge of an even better statistical season than his MVP runner-up campaign last year. Davis has scored five goals and dished out eight assists through the first half of this season, compared to four goals and sixteen assists all of last year. His eight assists this year tie him for the third-best mark in the league.

The MLS All-Star Game will be held at the Philadelphia Union's PPL Park tonight at 7:30 CT (ESPN2; TeleFutura).
