Four Houston Dynamo players – Andre Hainault, Jermaine Taylor, Je-Vaughn Watson and Boniek Garcia – have been called up for international duty by their respective national federations for upcoming friendlies on August 15.

Defender Andre Hainault has been called up by Canada for their friendly against Trinidad and Tobago in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Hainault was called up earlier in the summer for Canada’s friendly against the United States and subsequent CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers, playing 90 minutes in three matches. The Montreal native has 27 international caps.

Midfielder Je-Vaughn Watson and defender Jermaine Taylor earned call-ups by the Jamaican federation for its friendly vs. El Salvador. The Reggae Boyz will take on La Selecta at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. Taylor has been capped 48 times by his country, while Watson has been capped 19 times.

Midfielder Boniek Garcia will join up with the Honduran national team for their match in Miami against famed Argentine club Boca Juniors. Garcia has been capped 67 times by Los Catrachos. The Dynamo Designated Player started and played 90 minutes in both of Honduras’ World Cup qualifiers in June.

All players will report to their respective teams following the Dynamo’s match against the New York Red Bulls on August 10 (7 p.m. CT, NBC Sports Network). After completion of their international duties, players will return to the club in time for Houston’s match against the Columbus Crew on August 19 (8 p.m. CT), presented by Degree for Men.
