Four Houston Dynamo players – Boniek Garcia, Andre Hainault, Jermaine Taylor and Je-Vaughn Watson – have been called up for international duty for a pair of CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers on Sept. 7 and Sept. 11.

Midfielder Boniek Garcia will join the Honduran national team for its home-and-home matchup against Cuba. Honduras visits Havana for a road match on Sept. 7 and will host Cuba in San Pedro Sula on Sept. 11. Garcia played 90 minutes in both of Honduras’ World Cup qualifiers in June and has earned 67 caps for Los Catrachos.

Defender Andre Hainault has been called up by Canada for its home-and-home encounter with Panama. The Canadians host Panama on Sept. 7 in Toronto before traveling to Panama City for the Sept. 11 meeting. Hainault played 90 minutes in Canada's 2-0 win over Trinidad & Tobago on Aug. 15. The Montreal native played 90 minutes in Canada’s last four matches and has 28 international caps.

Defender Jermaine Taylor and midfielder Je-Vaughn Watson earned call-ups by the Jamaican federation for its series against the United States. The Reggae Boyz will host the U.S. in Kingston on Sept. 7 before the nations meet again four days later in Columbus, Ohio. Taylor has made 49 appearances for his country, including a 90-minute outing in Jamaica’s 2-0 friendly win over El Salvador on Aug. 15. Watson has been capped 20 times by Jamaica.

All players will report to their respective teams following the Dynamo’s road match against the Chicago Fire on Sunday (6 p.m. CT, Galavision). The players will be unavailable for Houston’s home match on Sept. 6 against Real Salt Lake, but will return to the club ahead of the Eastern Conference showdown at Sporting Kansas City on Sept. 14.
