Goalkeeper: Johan Welch, U-15 Pre- Academy
Johan was in fine form for the U-15’s this past weekend as they made the trip to Dallas. He produced a number of game changing saves and showed fantastic leadership qualities on the field. He also showed great composure collecting balls into the box from out wide.

Defender: Alejandro Dominguez, U-14 Pre-Academy
Alejandro is one of two U-14 defenders to make the TOTW this week. Alejandro was excellent all weekend and helped maintain a steady backline and also provided options going forward from his left back position.

Defender: David Brown, U-16 Academy
This is David’s second TOTW nomination in the same number of weeks. The steady center back is not only in fine form, but his fine form coincides with the U-16’s fantastic start to the second half of the season.

Defender: Alejandro Saez, U-14 Pre-Academy
Alejandro is the second Alejandro from the U-14’s to be named to the TOTW this week. He, aswell, was part of a rigid back four that made the lives of the opposing forwards very tough.

Defender: Noe Ochoa, U-15 Pre-Academy
Noe was fantastic for the U-15’s this past weekend in Dallas. Rarely was he beaten both on the ball and over the top, neutralizing any threat the opponents brought to the table.

Midfielder: Jorge Contreras, U-18 Academy
Jorge put in two great performances for the U-17/18’s this past weekend. He was catalyst to everything they did attacking and defending. The energy and intensity he brings to each game is an example to every player at the Academy.

Midfielder: Jonathan Diaz, U-13 Pre-Academy
Jonathan put in another tireless performance in the center of the park. He was fantastic for the U-13’s as they competed at the Eclipse Tournament this past weekend. The technically gifted lefty worked both sides of the ball and rarely conceded possession.

Midfielder: JP Nava, U-13 Pre-Academy
JP was excellent for the U-13’s this past weekend at Lost Creek Park. The talented defender was deployed as a holding midfielder and showed that he can perform just as well.

Midfielder: Giandemir Jaen, U-14 Pre-Academy
Giandemir is the third U-14 player to be rewarded with a spot on the TOTW this week. His excellent play from the weekend, coupled with his performances in practice over recent weeks are why it makes him an easy choice.

Midfielder: Josue Palomino, U-16 Academy
This is Josue’s seond time on the Academy TOTW this year. Josue has been in fine form for the U-16’s all year and has especially been good over the last few weeks. The skillful midfielder not only shows the vision and creativity needed to play in that position, but he also shows a willingness to work for the team that sets him apart from his opposition.

Forward: Irvin Ramirez, U-18 Academy
Irvin was superb in his side's 1-0 loss to the Dallas Texans at the weekend. The gifted forward proved to be a constant menace from the left hand side and was lively throughout.
