Houston Dynamo goalkeeper Tally Hall has been named to the inactive roster for the 2013 MLS All-Star Game, the league announced today. Hall is one of 10 MLS All-Stars that will not play in tonight’s game. The MLS All-Stars face Italian club AS Roma at 8 p.m. CT tonight at Sporting Park in Kansas City. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN2 and UniMás.

A minimum of 32 All-Stars are named each year, per the collective bargaining agreement. The 10 inactive All-Stars were selected by MLS players.

This is Hall’s second MLS All-Star selection after he was named to the 2011 team. The 6-foot-4 goalkeeper appeared in his second senior U.S. national team camp in June and was part of the squad that earned a 2-1 World Cup Qualifying win at Jamaica on June 7.

The Gig Harbor, Wash. native has six shutouts this season after posting a franchise record 12 shutouts in 2012. The San Diego State product earned his second straight Dynamo Ironman of the Year Award after starting 33 regular season games in 2012.

The Dynamo host the Columbus Crew on Saturday at 8 p.m. CT at BBVA Compass Stadium in a match presented by Amgen.
