CSN Houston will air the first episode of its new documentary – Dynamo: Forever Orange – tonight, Tuesday, October 8 at 11 p.m. CT. The episode will be the first in a documentary series providing an inside view on the Dynamo organization.
The documentary series continues CSN Houston’s unprecedented coverage of the Dynamo, which includes 30-minute pregame and postgame shows and all non-national game broadcasts. The series Dynamo Weekly was recently nominated for a Lone Star Emmy award under producer Van Williams, one of 16 nominations CSN earned in its first year of operation.
The series will include several episodes and multiple re-airs per month. Air dates and times for the first episode can be seen below.
“CSN Houston is excited to give viewers a behind the scenes look at what makes the Dynamo one of Major League Soccer’s most successful franchises,” CSN Director of Programming Janice Schmader said.
In Episode 1, the Houston Dynamo team and front office confront the pressures of the end of the regular season and a push for the playoffs. Plus, get an inside look at legendary Dynamo forward Brian Ching’s retirement announcement and watch as plans take shape for his December 13 Testimonial Match.
“The Dynamo have granted CSN’s production team extraordinary access,” CSN Vice President of Production and Executive Producer Murphy Brown said. “Our goal is to bring those behind the scenes stories to the forefront.”
