Three Houston Dynamo players – defender Anthony Arena, forward Jason Johnson and goalkeeper Michael Lisch – each played 90 minutes as the Pittsburgh Riverhounds were defeated, 3-1, on the road by Arizona United SC on Saturday.

The loss snaps a run of good form for the Riverhounds after the club won six of its previous eight games.

Pittsburgh is 7-12-5 (26 points) and tied for 12th place in USL PRO. The top eight teams qualify for the playoffs and Pittsburgh currently sits three points behind eight place.

The Riverhounds have four games remaining in the regular season, beginning Saturday when they host the FC Dallas Reserves at Highmark Stadium.

The Riverhounds are the USL PRO affiliate of the Houston Dynamo after the clubs formed an affiliate partnership for the 2014 season last November.
