The Houston Dash midfield trio of Carli Lloyd, Morgan Brian and Andressa was reunited on the field for a pair of U.S. Women’s National Team Victory Tour matches against Brazil this past week, though on opposite sides.

All three started in the first match on Oct. 21 in Seattle, and it was Andressa that helped put the Brazilians on the board early. The 20-year-old midfielder delivered a corner kick in the third minute to the near post, which Monica headed inside the back post. It looked as if the United States’ 100 match home unbeaten streak was in peril until the 85th minute, when former Dash defender Meghan Klingenberg dribbled past two defenders in the box to deliver a low cross, which Lloyd was able to latch onto and hit off the underside of the crossbar and into the goal for the 1-1 draw.

Andressa and Brian got starting nods again in Orlando on Oct. 25, as the U.S. shook off their scoring woes from Seattle in a 3-1 win. The Americans jumped ahead in the ninth minute as Alex Morgan rounded the Brazilian goalkeeper for an easy finish. Brazil leveled in the 45th minute as Cristiane finished past Hope Solo, but the U.S. grabbed the lead back in the third minute of first half stoppage as NWSL MVP Crystal Dunn pounced on a rebound from a Lindsey Horan Shot. Lloyd entered the match in the 56th minute in place of Lauren Holiday—playing in her final USWNT match along with Lori Chalupny—and the U.S. grabbed a final goal just before the final whistle as Stephanie McCaffrey finished a Megan Rapinoe cross in her USWNT debut.

The tour didn’t stop for the USWNT after the win, as the team traveled to Washington, D.C. and the White House on Tuesday to meet with President Obama in recognition for winning the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The United States will take November off before resuming their Victory Tour on Dec. 6 in Hawaii then Dec. 10 in San Antonio, both against Randy Waldrum’s Trinidad & Tobago squad.
