The Houston Dynamo Academy teams all competed this past weekend against local rival, Texas Rush. Recaps and highlights below are below for each age group.


U-13s

The U-13s had an overwhelming victory over the Rush, 3-1 at Lents Family Park - West. Goals were scored by __Diego Gonzalez, Ruaridh Fraser (2). The Dynamo Academy U-13s are currently ranked second in their league with one month left to play. With three games still to play in May, they’ll wrap up their season against at Houston Sports Park on June 5 against FC Dallas, who currently hold first place.


U-14s

The U-14s had a closer battle to fight when they took on the Rush on the road but came out ahead with a 1-0 win on a late goal from Heriberto Soto. They Dynamo 14s have four games remaining, and will wrap up their season at Houston Sports Park June 5.


U-15s

The U-15s fought to the bitter end, and concluded their game with a 1-1 draw road draw against the Rush. Lone goal was scored by Mujeeb Murana. With four games left to play in the season, the Dynamo U-15s are currently in sixth place in their league.


U-16s

The U-16s drew 0-0 with the Rush at home at Houston Sports Park Sunday. The boys had several great scoring opportunities throughout the match, but were kept out of the net. They Dynamo 16s currently sit in 5th place in their division, with three games left to play. They have a chance to become playoff eligible with two of their three remaining games against top three teams.


U-18s

The U-18s lost 3-0 at home to the Rush. The Dynamo are still currently ranked second in their division and playoff eligible with three games remaining. They sit just one point behind FC Dallas, who they wrap on the regular season against at Houston Sports Park on June 5.
