U.S. vs. Argentina Copa América Semifinal sold out at NRG Stadium tonight

The last time Argentina and Lionel Messi came to Houston, they enjoyed a sellout crowd of 22,126 fans at BBVA Compass Stadium, last September in a friendly against Bolivia. This year, they return for the Copa América Centenario semifinals against the United States and will be getting another sellout crowd—this time over 70,000 spectators at NRG Stadium.

The September 4 match last year was one of the highest attended matches in BBVA Compass Stadium history, as the crowd enjoyed a 7-0 win by Argentina with two goals from Messi off the bench.

It capped a memorable week for everyone in the Dynamo and Dash organization, especially the Dynamo Academy players who were able to train alongside La Albiceleste (video above).
