Team

Dynamo 3, FC Dallas 0

Houston dominated every aspect of the game, whitewashing Dallas for the third time in four matches in 2007. Goals from Dwayne De Rosario in the first half and both Eddie Robinson and Stuart Holden in the second half provided the margin of victory, but the most memorable moment of the game came when Ricardo Clark retaliated against Dynamo antagonist Carlos Ruiz with a kick to the chest late in the game. Ruiz and Clark were both ejected, but Clark was later suspended for nine games, including the entire 2007 postseason.
