The FIFA Technical Inspection Tour of the United States concluded Thursday in Houston, with Dynamo representatives Dominic Kinnear and Brian Ching and Chinese forward Yao Ming of the Houston Rockets greeting dignitaries at the George R. Brown Convention Center. Earlier, the FIFA inspection committee met Texans owner Bob McNair and Houston Mayor Annise Parker on its tour of Reliant Stadium and received a video message from President George H. W. Bush.
