Dynamo announce season ticket price freeze

Season tickets for the 2011 Houston Dynamo season are currently available at their 2010 prices and will remain under a price freeze through December 31, it was announced today. Current season ticket holders and new customers can purchase tickets prior to December 31 to take advantage of current prices and retain their priority number for seat selection in the Dynamo’s new stadium, set to open in 2012.

SEASON TICKET INFORMATION

Dynamo season tickets include 17 MLS regular season games, the Dynamo Charities Cup, an international friendly against a major opponent, and an MLS playoff game. Season ticket holders may exchange tickets they cannot use for additional tickets to other games, may pay in installments, receive a free gift and exclusive access to select events, and have the ability to purchase additional tickets at a discount. Payment plans require only a 10-percent deposit prior to December 31 and are available on either a four-month or five-month schedule.

“We understand this is a tough economy, and we’ve been blessed and privileged to have a strong fan base that is always behind us,” Dynamo Senior Vice President for Business Development Steven Powell said. “We’ve been successful on and off the field through the years, and this is our way of saying, ‘Thanks,’ to our fans for their unconditional support.”

Season ticket prices begin at $334 for endline seats, an average of $16.70 per game. Tickets can be purchased by clicking here or by calling (713) 276-7500.

Priority numbers are determined by consecutive tenure as a season ticket holder, and fans with the best priority number will have the first chance to select seats in the Dynamo’s new stadium.
