The Houston Dynamo traveled to Seattle this past weekend, and came away with a 1-1 draw in a hostile environment at Qwest Field. Dynamo goalkeeper Tally Hall finished the match with six saves and was tested all night by the Seattle attack. With family and friends in attendance, Seattle has always brought out the best in the Gig Harbor native. Houston Chronicle reporter Jesus Ortiz said Hall was "spectacular" against the Sounders.

After the Dynamo's opening day loss to Philadelphia, head coach Dominic Kinnear made it clear the team will not stand pat, a refreshing thought for teams in Houston, said Houston Chronicle columnist Richard Justice. After last week's trade of Dominic Oduro for Calen Carr, more changes could be on the horizon.

Friday night was the first time in club history that two rookies started for the Dynamo.

Although the team came away with a point in Seattle, the offense still has some work to do and was outshot 26-6 by the home team.
