Although the Houston Dynamo Academy, presented by Statoil, had last weekend off, the Dynamo Pre-Academy teams were in action on Sunday against Texans SC. The squads went 1-1-1 on the day, with the U-13s earning the Dynamo's lone win on the day. All games were played at Elizabeth Meyer Park in Spring.
The Dynamo U-15s kept their unbeaten record in tact, with a 1-1 draw against TSC. Will Barron (pictured, above) scored the lone goal for Houston.
The Dynamo U-14s fell 2-0 to TSC. With the loss, the U-14s remain in fourth place in the Texas Pre-Academy League U-14 division with a 3-4-0 record (15 points).
The Dynamo U-13s continued their strong run of form with a 3-0 victory over TSC. Johan Benitez, Jommar Reyes and David Villegas provided the goals for Houston.
All teams will hit the road next Sunday for matches against Dallas Texans. The U-13s will kick off at 12 noon at Ross Stewart Soccer Complex, with the U-14s to follow at 2 p.m. and the U-15s to kick off at 4 p.m.
