Goalkeeper: Josh Blair, U-18 Academy
Josh was fantastic again for the U-18s this past weekend. Although he only played one half, he made two important saves to keep the Dynamo in the game.

Defender: Christian Diaz, U-18 Academy
Christian was excellent at the back for the U-18s this past weekend. Normally a holding midfielder, Christian filled in fantastically to help keep a clean sheet and maintain the top position in the division.

Defender: Hector Ramirez, U-14 Pre- Academy
Hector, after starting the year as a forward, has had some impressive performances for the U14s at the heart of the defense. His size and strength helps bring sturdiness to the back line and his experience as an attacking player also means he is comfortable playing out from the back.

Defender: Garrett Welch, U-18 Academy
Garrett has been a regular on the TOTW’S all season. He brings a consistency to each game that is unmatched throughout the academy. The young center back is not only tough in his challenges, but he helps jumpstart the attack with precise balls from the back.

Midfielder: Christian Nelson, U-14 Pre-Academy
Christian is another player who has moved positions in recent weeks. The young 14-year-old has played most of the year at center back, but has been tried at defensive midfield over the last few weeks and has not disappointed. He was on the score sheet this past weekend, scoring from a full 25 yards out to help his U-14 side to a strong win on the road.

Midfielder: Jacob Salome, U-15 Pre-Academy
Jacob is another player who is not new to the TOTW. The 15-year-old midfielder was fantastic for the U-15s this past weekend. Although they did not get the result they would have liked, he played well enough to earn him a spot on this week’s Academy Team of the Week.

Midfielder: David Browne, U-13 Pre-Academy
David has been in sensational form for the U-13s in recent weeks. The young midfielder was great again this past weekend, connecting his passes and working both sides of the ball.

Midfielder: Christian Lucatero, U-18 Pre-Academy
Lucatero, who normally plys his trade on the U-16s, was played up this past weekened with the U-18s and did not dissapoint. The youth national team player was fantastic in his overall play and was not fazed by the jump in level.

Forward: Marco Ortega, U-13 Pre-Academy
Marco scored the lone goal for the U-13s this past weekend. He linked well from his center forward position and worked extremely hard to put pressure on their four defenders.

Forward: Julius Montano, U-16 Pre-Academy
Dom is named to the TOTW for the second time in two weeks. He was on the score sheet again and was a constant threat in attack. He not only was fantastic going forward, but he also worked very hard defensively.

Forward: Elo Ozumba, U-16 Academy
Elo scored twice this past weekend as the U-16s eased to a 5-1 victory over Lonestar. He was clinical in his finishes and also worked hard on both sides of the ball. He linked well with his midfielders and provided an outlet when needed.
