A trio of Houston Dynamo players – Anthony Arena, Jason Johnson and Michael Lisch – each played 90 minutes as the Pittsburgh Riverhounds drew 0-0 with the Charleston Battery on Saturday at Highmark Stadium in Pittsburgh.
Lisch, a goalkeeper selected by the Dynamo in the third round of the 2014 MLS SuperDraft, made two saves to earn his first professional shutout. It was Lisch’s second consecutive start for the Riverhounds.
Johnson played 90 minutes for the second consecutive game and third time this season.
Arena played the duration of the game for the fourth time this year and helped the Riverhounds to their first shutout of the season.
After a bye this weekend, Pittsburgh remains at home to host USL PRO co-leader Orlando City SC on May 9 at Highmark Stadium. The Riverhounds are the USL PRO affiliate of the Houston Dynamo after the clubs formed an affiliate partnership for the 2014 season last November.
