The Houston Dynamo are headed to the other coast this Friday as they take on the LA Galaxy at StubHub Center, broadcast nationally on UniMás (10 p.m. CT).

Coming off of the 0-0 draw in Orlando last Friday, the Dynamo face a Galaxy side that has won its last two MLS matches, and is unbeaten in its last four as they sit tied on points for third place in the Western Conference (7-3-8 record, 29 points).

LA star-studded cast attack, led by 2014 MLS MVP Robbie Keane (6 goals), Giovanni Dos Santos (team-leading 7 goals, 5 assists), Steven Gerrard (team-leading 7 assists, 2 goals), and Gyasi Zardes (4 goals, 5 assists), is tied for the second most goals scored in MLS with 31. Meanwhile the defense, with names such as Ashley Cole, Jelle Van Damme and Robbie Rogers, with Nigel de Jong patrolling in front of them, has conceded the second least amount of goals in the league with just 18.

The Galaxy's three losses have all come away from Southern California, compiling a 5-0-4 record at StubHub Center in 2016. This is the second of three meetings between the teams, with the Galaxy getting three points in Houston in April with a 4-1 win. They'll play again at BBVA Compass Stadium on October 18. Here's what Dynamo head coach Wade Barrett had to say about LA:

“[Galaxy head coach] Bruce [Arena] always has his teams performing at a really high level. Keane is a player that can do a lot of good stuff on his own and he makes everyone else around him better. Zardes has really come into good form, just look at his progression as a player over the last couple years and it is really impressive to see. They’ve got some hard-working, hard-nosed players that play through the spine of the team as well. They have experience, they have leadership, they have all the things that you want from a group.”
