The Houston Dynamo vs. Toronto FC match, which was originally scheduled for Saturday evening, has been postponed until tonight at 8:15 p.m. CDT.

After closely monitoring the weather throughout the evening in consultation with Dynamo and BBVA Compass Stadium management, Major League Soccer made the decision to postpone in the interest of fan, public and player safety due to persistent lightning around stadium.

TICKET INFORMATION

All tickets for Saturday’s match will be valid on Sunday evening. Fans who had their ticket scanned last night should use the same ticket again tonight. If fans lost or threw away their tickets last night, they can visit the BBVA Compass Stadium box office to have a new ticket printed.

Dynamo Season Ticket Members may contact their Service Specialist directly from 3-5:30 p.m. today, or by calling 713-276-7500 during that time frame.

The BBVA Compass Stadium box office will open at 2:00 p.m. CDT, and the Methodist, Wildcat Energy Drink, VIP Club, and Southwest gates will open at 6:45 p.m. for Dynamo Season Ticket Members and 7 p.m. for all fans.

PARKING INFORMATION

Parking lots B and C will be open for tonight’s match, and both lots will open at 5:15 p.m. All parking passes from Saturday night will remain valid tonight. Fans who paid cash upon arrival and received a parking voucher for their windshield should present that voucher upon arrival for tonight’s game.

BROADCAST INFORMATION

The match will be live streamed on HoustonDynamo.com/Live in the Greater Houston area, and will be available to fans with an MLS Live subscription throughout the country. Matt Pedersen and Glenn Davis will be on the call during the game, with Pedersen handling play-by-play duties and Davis providing match analysis.

CBS Radio Houston will broadcast the match in English on 95.7FM and the Radio.com App, with Jeremy Branham and Mike Chabala on the call. Univision Radio 1010AM will carry the game in Spanish, with Danny Mejia providing play-by-play description and Lester Gretsch breaking down the game.

GAME ACTIVITIES

Before the game, Texas Street Fest and Orange Avenue will be open in limited capacities. Fans who purchased Bud Light Beer Garden ticket packages and have wristbands may redeem the pregame beverages included in the package at Lucky’s Pub, located at the corner of Rusk St. and St. Emanuel. Fans who purchased that ticket package but were unable to make it last night can pick up their wristbands today at a Dynamo tent outside of Lucky’s Pub.

Kroger will continue to collect canned food items prior to tonight’s match as part of their Black Out Hunger campaign benefitting the Houston Food Bank. There will be one collection location tonight at the Methodist Gate (northwest corner of BBVA Compass Stadium).

The previously scheduled postgame fireworks will not take place tonight due to permitting and noise restriction issues on a Sunday night.

ROSTER INFORMATION

Per Major League Soccer rules regarding match postponements, both teams’ rosters will be frozen as they were at the time of the delay. This means that the Starting XI for each team will be the same as was announced last night, as well as the available substitutes. For the Dynamo, defender David Horst’s suspension for the match remains in place.

The starters and available substitutes for each team are as follows:

Houston Dynamo Starting XI: Joe Willis; Sheanon Williams, Agus Garcia, Jalil Anibaba, Abdoulie Mansally; Collen Warner; Andrew Wenger, Alex Lima, Cristián Maidana, Boniek García ©; Mauro Manotas
