  • Dropped the Dynamo’s record on the season to 7-7-4 overall and 0-7-2 on the road.
  • Moved Houston’s all-time record against Colorado to 8-10-7 overall and 3-8-3 in Denver.

  • Houston conceded the first goal of the game for the eighth time this season. The team is 1-7-0 this year when allowing the game’s first goal.
  • The Dynamo and Colorado were tied at halftime, 1-1. It marked the fifth time this season that Houston went into halftime level with the opposition, and the team is now 0-3-2 in those games.
  • Houston had the better of possession in the game, holding the ball for 55.5% of the contest. It was just the fourth time this season that the Dynamo held the possession edge, and they are now 0-3-1 in those games.

  • FW Erick Torres scored his team-leading 12th goal of the season in the fourth minute of first-half stoppage time when he poked a cross from DF A.J. DeLaGarza into the back of the net from close range.
  • Torres’ goal was his third of the season away from BBVA Compass Stadium.
  • Torres made his 15th start of the season, his 22nd with the Dynamo and the 66th of his career tonight.
  • DF A.J. DeLaGarza recorded his second assist of the season when he sent a cross into the box in the fourth minute of first-half stoppage time that FW Erick Torres was able to stab into the back of the net.
  • With two assists on the season, DeLaGarza has tied his career single-season high, set in 2014 with the LA Galaxy.
  • DeLaGarza made his 211th career start in tonight’s game.
  • MF Alex continued his streak of playing in every game this season when he came on for MF Juan David Cabezas in the 65th minute. Alex and DF Adolfo Machado are the only players on the team to start every game this season.
  • DF DaMarcus Beasley made his 12th start of the season and the 162nd of his career tonight.
  • Beasley surpassed 1,000 in a season for the eighth time in his MLS career when he topped that milestone in the 28th minute. Beasley entered the game with 972 minutes played on the year.
