Five Houston Dynamo players are off for international duty this week as they join their respective national teams for FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.

DaMarcus Beasley joined the U.S last week after the Dynamo's 0-0 draw against FC Dallas, but was not on the 18-man gameday roster for the USMNT's 1-1 draw against Venezuela in a friendly on Saturday night. The U.S., currently in fourth place in the final Hexagonal round of qualifying (1-2-1, 4 points), hosts Trinidad & Tobago on Thursday night (7 p.m. CT | FS1, UniMás). Then, on Sunday, they take on regional rivals Mexico at Estadio Azteca (7:30 p.m. CT | FS1, UniMás).

Hondurans Alberth Elis, Boniek García, and Romell Quioto also visit Mexico at Azteca on Thursday (9 p.m. CT | FS1, UniMás) as they try to climb up the standings in the Hex (1-2-1, 4 points). Next Tuesday, Los Catrachos take on teammate Adolfo Machado and Panama in Panama City (8:25 p.m. CT | beIN Sports).

Machado and Panama start their round of qualifying this Thursday in Costa Rica (8:50 p.m. CT | beIN Sports). Los Canaleros begin this round of qualifiers in third place in the Hex (1-1-2, 5 points).
