Kickoff time for tonight’s Houston Dash vs. Boston Breakers NWSL regular season match at BBVA Compass Stadium has been rescheduled for 9:02 p.m. CDT. The game will be live streamed on NWSLSoccer.com, go90.com and via the go90 app.
The match was delayed due to lightning in the area around the stadium. Kickoff was originally scheduled for 7:37 p.m.
For the safety of everyone involved, all players, referees and staff were not permitted on the field while there was lightning near the stadium, and the seating bowl was cleared. During the delay, fans were able to either stay in the stadium on the concourse or leave the stadium to seek shelter elsewhere. If fans left the stadium due to the weather delay, they may scan their ticket on exit in order to return when play resumes.
