Due to the ongoing flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey throughout the Greater Houston and Southeast Texas areas, the Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash will relocate to North Texas and resume training in the Dallas area, the clubs announced today.

The Dynamo and Dash teams will bus to the Dallas area Wednesday afternoon and will train Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The Dynamo will also train on Sunday in Frisco, while the Dash will play their scheduled home game against Seattle Reign FC at Toyota Stadium, the home field of FC Dallas.

“Our primary concern remains with our friends, neighbors and fellow Texans who have been affected by this unprecedented storm, and the thoughts and prayers of everyone in our organization will be with everyone here,” said Dynamo and Dash President Chris Canetti. “At the same time, both teams must continue to prepare for their upcoming games as we continue to push for the playoffs in both leagues. We are extremely grateful to our friends at FC Dallas for opening their doors to us in a time of need. We may be rivals on the pitch, but we’re all Texans and this is the heart of what makes our state so amazing.”

The Dash game against Seattle will kick off at 7 p.m. CDT with general admission tickets priced at $20; and all proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the American Red Cross Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.
