Alberth Elis had himself a week at BBVA Compass Stadium, scoring three goals as the Dynamo picked up four points to get back above the playoff line with three games to go.
Elis' performance landed him a spot on the MLSsoccer.com Team of the Week for Week 30. La Panterita led the comeback for the 3-3 draw against the LA Galaxy by drawing and converting a penalty, then heading in a corner kick in the 88th minute. He then opened the scoring against Minnesota United FC with another leaping header before busting out his Black Panther Halloween costume.
Also making the Team of the Week bench was Dynamo forward Vicente Sánchez, who tallied three assists in the two games as a super sub. Check out the full team:
