Bianca Henninger was called up to the Mexican Women's National Team for a training camp by head coach Roberto Medina, the Dash announced today.
This is the third training camp of the year for Mexico, who will host two scrimmages on June 8 and 10 against rivals to be named at a later date. Henninger will join Mexico through June 12 and joins four Dash teammates on international duty.
Henninger has earned four senior international caps with Mexico since making her debut against Canada on Feb. 4, 2017. Henninger was named to the Mexico roster earlier this year for a pair of friendlies against the United States Women’s National Team, including a game at BBVA Compass Stadium on April 8.
The goalkeeper will return prior to Houston's next match on June 22 as the Dash host the reigning NWSL champions Portland Thorns FC. Tickets for that match start at $19 and are available at HoustonDashSoccer.com.
