• GK Joe Willis is making his 14th start in the U.S. Open Cup and his ninth Open Cup start with the Dynamo. Willis is now second on the club’s all-time Open Cup appearance list.
• Willis can earn his 11th career win in Open Cup play.
• Willis can record his fourth clean sheet in U.S. Open Cup play and his fourth this year in all competitions.
• Willis can advance to his second career Open Cup Final if the Dynamo win tonight. He previously made it to the Final, and won, with D.C. United in 2008.
• DF Andrew Wenger is starting in his fifth U.S. Open Cup game for Houston and will be making his 15th appearance and 14th start of the 2018 season across all competitions.
