STARTING XI NOTES:

  • This will be the ninth different starting lineup combination that the team has used in 11 games this season.
  • GK Joe Willis will make his 94th career start in MLS regular-season play and his 72nd with the Dynamo. 

  • Willis can earn his 25th win with the Dynamo in MLS regular-season play and the 31th of his MLS career.

  • Willis can record his 17th clean sheet in MLS regular-season play. 

  • DF Adam Lundkvist will make his 10th start of the season today and his 26th appearance for the Dynamo if he comes off the bench today.


  • DF Alejandro Fuenmayor will make his third start of the season. This is the second start for Fuenmayor in two weeks, the defender played 90 minutes in Houston’s 1-0 loss to Seattle on 5/11. 

  • DF Kiki Struna will make his ninth start in league play this evening.

  • DF A.J. DeLaGarza will make his 10th start of the 2019 MLS season today. It will be DeLaGarza’s 240th career start in league play.

  • MF Matías Vera will make his 10th start of the season and his 14th in 15 matches across all competitions this year.

  • MF Boniek García will make his 180th appearance in MLS regular-season play today.


  • MF Tomás Martínez will make his 11th league start of the season and the 47th of his MLS career.

  • FW Romell Quioto will make his second start of the season today and seventh league appearance for the Dynamo this year. 

  • FW Mauro Manotas will make his 108th career appearance in league play for the Dynamo and make his 75th career start.

  • Manotas could surpass former Dynamo MF Brad Davis for third on the club’s all-time scoring list in league play if he scores one goal today.
  • FW Alberth Elis is slated to start for the 55th time in league play with the Dynamo and will make his 66th career league appearance.


  • Elis can reach 5,000 minutes played in his career if he plays all 90 minutes tonigt.


SUBSTITUTES:

  • GK Tyler Deric could make just his second appearance as a substitute and his first since Aug. 29, 2014 at Sporting Kansas City.

  • MF Juan David Cabezas can make his fifth appearance of the season today and the 38th appearance of his Dynamo career if he comes off the bench today.


  • MF Darwin Cerén can make his 105th career appearance in league play and 30th with the Dynamo if he enters the game today.

  • DF Kevin Garcia can make his fourth appearance of the season, and his first off the bench, if he comes into today’s game. It would be his 21st career appearance in league play.

  • MF Tommy McNamara stands to make his 103rd career appearance in all competitions if he comes off the bench today.

  • McNamara can extend his streak of playing in every game in all competitions this season if he comes into this evening’s game.
  • MF Memo Rodriguez can make his 10th appearance of the year this evening.


  • FW Marlon Hairston can make his seventh appearance for the Dynamo this evening. 

  • Hairston could make his 102nd league appearance tonight if he enters the game.
