Last week, midfielder Haley Hanson and the Melbourne Victory earned a 2-1 win on the road against defender Ari Romero and Perth Glory. Midfielder Sofia Huerta and forward Veronica Latsko helped Sydney FC to a 2-0 win over defender Amber Brooks and Adelaide United. Latsko also earned her first start for Sydney FC this past weekend.
This week, Brooks and Adelaide United host Romero and Perth Glory on Friday, January 3 at 4:00 am CDT. The weekend continues with Hanson and the Victory hosting the Newcastle Jets on Saturday, January 4 at 11:00 pm CDT. Huerta, Lastko and Sydney FC are on the road to take on Canberra United on Saturday, January 4 at 11:00 pm CDT as well. All matches will be streamed on either MyFootball on YouTube or ESPN+.
