The Houston Dynamo provides development support for clubs, schools or teams utilizing our coaching staff and curriculum. After identifying the specific needs of a soccer program, a professional development plan is executed to support your organization. This support can come as, or a variety of, clinics, training sessions, coach education and game day support.
Types of Programs
Player Development Programs
Player Development Programs (PDPs) combine 45 minutes of intense technical development on the ball with a USSF 'A' coach and 45 minutes of movement and body mechanics fitness training with a certified exercise science coach. PDPs operate once a week as 90 minute training sessions and are offered in multi-week blocks throughout the year.
