Watch all U.S. Women's National Team Olympic group matches on NBC Sports Network

The broadcast schedule for the 2016 Olympic Games has been released and the Group G matches for the U.S. Women’s National Team will be available across a wide array of options, airing on NBC Sports Network (NBCSN), NBC Universo and the Soccer Specialty Channel as well as on NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports app.


The women’s soccer competition will begin Aug. 3 on NBCSN with the USA beginning its Group G competition against New Zealand at 5 p.m. CT/ 7 p.m. local. All U.S. WNT matches on NBCSN will be called by NBC Sports Group’s lead Premier League announcer Arlo White (play-by-play) and two-time U.S. women’s soccer Olympic gold medalist Kate Markgraf (analyst). They will be joined by reporter Sebastian Salazar of CSN Mid Atlantic, formerly of CSN Houston and Houston Dash play-by-play announcer in 2014.


All matches will also be available at NBCOlympics.com and on mobile devices via the NBC Sports app.


The Soccer Specialty Channel – which will focus solely on men’s and women’s soccer -- will be on nearly every day of the Summer Games, while NBC Universo will provide live coverage in Spanish of all three of the USA’s group stage games. Viewers should contact their TV provider for further information on availability and location of the Soccer Specialty Channel.


The U.S. will open Group G play on Wednesday, Aug. 3 - two days before the Olympic Opening Ceremony - against New Zealand (7 p.m. local / 5 p.m. CT) at Mineirão Stadium in Belo Horizonte. The USA will stay in Belo Horizonte - which is 270 miles north of Rio de Janeiro - to face France at Mineirão Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 6 (5 p.m. local / 3 p.m. CT) and finish group play against Colombia on Tuesday, Aug. 9 (6 p.m. local / 5 p.m. CT) at the Amazônia Stadium in Manaus, the furthest soccer venue from Rio (more than 1,700 miles).
