World Cup qualifying rolls on today in CONCACAF, with Dynamo teammates matching up against each other once again.

First, Honduras looks to rebound from Friday's rout at the hands of the United States at home against Costa Rica (4 p.m. CT; beIN Sports Connect, NBC Universo). It is reported that forward Romell Quioto has been ruled out for the match after suffering a shoulder injury in Friday's match. Forward Alberth Elis, who started and played 90 minutes on Friday, and midfielder Boniek García, who entered as a halftime substitute, will be available for Los Catrachos.

The nightcap has Adolfo Machado and Panama taking on DaMarcus Beasley and the U.S. in Panama City (9 p.m. CT; beIN Sports, Telemundo). Machado started and was subbed off late in Panama's 1-0 loss to Trinidad & Tobago on Friday, while DaMarcus Beasley was an unused sub in the U.S.'s win. American head coach Bruce Arena said that there would be "perhaps as many as four or five" changes to the U.S. lineup from Friday night, which could include Beasley.
