The MLS Disciplinary Committee ruled that both the Houston Dynamo and FC Dallas have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy in the 78th minute of the teams’ match on June 23 (VIDEO). Both the Houston Dynamo and FC Dallas have been issued warnings for each club’s first violation of the league’s policy this season.
